**1. Order Processing and Payment**

1.1 All orders are processed once payment is confirmed. For customized outfits, we require at least 50% advance payment. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery.

1.2 We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. Payment methods accepted are detailed on our website.

1.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes and shipping costs are additional and will be calculated at checkout.

**2. Shipping and Delivery**

2.1 We offer free shipping within India for pre-tailored apparel. Shipping charges apply for international orders and customized wear.

2.2 Orders are processed promptly upon payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method selected.

2.3 For customized outfits, please place your order at least 45 days prior to the desired delivery date. This allows us sufficient time to fulfill your custom requirements.

**3. Size Exchange Policy**

3.1 For pre-tailored apparel, we offer a 7-day size exchange policy from the date of delivery. If a pre-tailored item does not fit as expected, you may request a size exchange within this 7-day period.

3.2 Custom-wear and items outside this period are not eligible for exchange or refund.

3.3 To initiate a size exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

3.4 Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired size. If the requested size is unavailable, we will provide a store credit or a refund at our discretion.

Refunds for returned items will be processed to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs. Please allow time for processing.

**4. Custom-Wear Policy**

4.1 For custom-wear, we do not accept returns or exchanges. As these items are made to your specific requirements, they are final sale.

4.2 Please ensure all custom details are accurate before placing your order. We are happy to assist with any questions or clarifications regarding custom-wear before purchase.

**5. Product Information**

5.1 We strive to display our products accurately online. However, colours, styles, and sizes may vary slightly due to monitor settings and production processes.
